All side elevated parasols require a substantial base to stop them from blowing over if the wind should catch them. To counterbalance the parasol’s own weight we suggest that the Modena 90kg granite base is best suited for the Challenger parasols up to 3 x 3m.
The Granite base measures 76 x 76 cm, weighs 90 kg, and is fitted with wheels allowing it to easily be moved around your patio.
The Platinum Sun & Shade parasol base is designed for free-arm parasols like the Modena 90kg. Made of polished black granite, it's heavy and stable, equipped with large swivel wheels for easy movement. Compatible with multiple free-arm parasols, it prevents damage by keeping your parasol secure. Remember to never leave your parasol unattended and to close it in windy conditions for safety.
