Shipments and Returns
If a product is shown as in stock:
- Parcels (small items): 3-5 working days
- BBQs: 3-5 working days
- Boxed items (outdoor heaters etc): 3-5 working days
- Furniture items: 3-5 working days
- Assembled items (BBQs, patio heaters): 5-7 working days
If you see that a product is available on pre-order, it means that we don’t currently have it in stock, but we will order it from the supplier. There may be a delay on backordered items.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Pony Express, Transland, Easymoves, or our van (within the Dublin area).
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary, depending on the quantity, weight & dimensions of products. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
We deliver to your doorstep across the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland with the most competitive delivery rates. Transport fees do not depend on shipping distance. You can find example delivery costs across the Republic of Ireland below.

Click & Collect
Most products (except for products on backorder) can be collected for free from our showroom in Dublin 14. Collection days are Wednesdays and Fridays. Please allow 3 days lead time.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 14 working days of receipt of your goods.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Any damaged items received must be reported within 14 calendar days.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from us.
- Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements.
- The product must be returned in its original, resalable condition.
- Please include any invoice or proof of purchase.
- Shipping charges applied to the original purchase are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- You will be notified by email on receipt of the return.
- Once the item has been looked at by a member of staff and deemed in resaleable condition a refund will be issued.
An exception to the above returns & exchange rules is a gift card – it cannot be refunded or returned.
