Delivery Times

If a product is shown as in stock:

  • Parcels (small items), Barbecues, Boxed Items (such as Outdoor Heaters etc.): 3-5 working days
  • Assembled items (BBQs, Patio Heaters, Furniture) within Dublin: 5-7 working days
  • Nationwide Delivery of the assembled (furniture) items: 10-12 working days 
 

If you see that a product is available on pre-order, it means that we don’t currently have it in stock, but we will order it from the supplier. There may be some delay on the backordered items.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD, Transland, Easymoves, or our van (within the Dublin area).

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary, depending on the quantity, weight, and dimensions of products. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

We deliver to your doorstep across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland with the most competitive delivery rates. Transport fees do not depend on shipping distance.

Dublin

  • Boxwood: €10
  • Flat Pack Barbecue Grills: €59
  • Products Under 30 KG (for ex. BBQ accessories etc.): €6.50
  • Medium or Special Delivery Package: €45
  • Products Over 30 KG (Pellet) charges: €59    
 
Rest of the Republic of Ireland, apart from Dublin
  • Boxwood: €10
  • Flat Pack Barbecue Grills: €59
  • Products Under 30 KG (for ex. BBQ accessories etc.): €6.50
  • Medium or Special Delivery Package: €45
  • Double Pellet (for ex. Furniture Sets etc.): €118
 
We can offer “White Glove” Furniture Assembly in the Greater Dublin Region as well as the rest of the country. If you wish to avail of our “White Glove” Furniture Assembly service outside of the Greater Dublin Region, please contact the store to discuss the additional delivery charge. The service comes at an additional charge of €26 per pallet in the Dublin area and €62 for the rest of the Republic of Ireland.
 
Please note that The Outdoor Scene reserves the right to change the delivery/ shipping charges without prior notice. There may also be times when the products are delivered at a reduced or higher cost as part of the promotion or business needs. Please call us in case of any doubts.

Click and Collect

Most products (except for products on backorder, and products above 50 KG) can be collected for free from our showroom in Dublin 14. Collection days are Wednesdays and Fridays. Please allow 3 days handling time.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 14 working days of receipt of your goods.

  • Any damaged items received must be reported within 14 calendar days
  • This applies only to the products that have been purchased directly from us
  • Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements
  • The product must be returned in its original, resaleable condition
  • Please include an invoice or proof of purchase
  • Shipping charges applied to the original purchase are non-refundable
  • Shipping costs for returned items is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable
  • You will be notified by email upon receipt of the return
  • Once the item has been looked at by a member of staff and deemed in resaleable condition, a refund will be issued.

Exceptions to the above returns and exchange rules:

  • Gift Cards cannot be refunded or returned
  • We have a NO RETURN/ REFUND/ EXCHANGE policy on clearance or sale items unless the item has been deemed faulty
