Add retained-heat cooking to your Dome XL Gen 2. This twin-wall insulated door helps you manage the oven environment for baking, smoking and slow roasting.
Use the heat stored in your oven for dishes that need a different pace. The insulated door helps control heat, smoke and steam, with probe cut-outs for monitoring meat.
Ceramic-coated 304 stainless steel and an acacia handle provide a practical construction. This door fits Dome XL Gen 2. Before installation, extinguish the gas burner and turn its control off. When using wood or charcoal, fit the door over embers only.
Extinguish the gas flame and set the gas control to off before fitting the door. For wood or charcoal cooking, use with embers only, never with a live flame.
