The cushions are upholstered with modern fabric that can withstand a rain shower (though a cushion bag is recommended). When it rains, the water goes through the cushion cover and into the inner cushion. By pressing down on the cushion or placing the cushions on their sides, the cushions will be dry in a relatively short period of time, allowing you to get back to relaxing on your outdoor furniture after a sharp shower.

The Aluminum and cushions are also designed to resist UV fade for a durable and long-lasting set.
