AeroCovers are water resistant. AeroCover fabrics are water resistant. The seams are splashproof

AeroCover seams on top of covers are tape seamed with waterproof tape to prevent water from going through, however, the seams cannot be guaranteed to be 100% waterproof. Always create the highest point when fixing your cover so water can run off and prevent pooling on the seams.

Garden Furniture Covers are used to protect your furniture! Right? well did you know that if you place a fabric like PVC or Vinyl directly over your garden furniture table or BBQ without proper ventilation, it is likely that you will experience a build-up of mould and mildew on the surface of the item you are trying to protect. There are some important things that you should consider when choosing the right cover for your furniture or BBQ

Breathing is essential

Air circulation is the most important. As temperatures fluctuate condensation is inevitable. That is why all Aerocovers feature a breathable membrane that allows air and condensation to transfer to the outside, whilst at the same time protecting your garden furniture or BBQ from the nasty effects of the weather.

Lightweight and strong

AeroCovers® is made from lightweight rip-stop polyester. The polyester material is resistant to extreme temperatures and remains flexible. The AeroCovers® are lightweight and will come with a handy storage bag attached to the cover.

Make sure your furniture cover is a Good fit

It is important that you choose the cover to best fit your BBQ or garden furniture. whether you have a sofa set or a dining set, it is important that the cover that you choose is not too big or too tight for the item that you wish to cover.

If you choose a cover that is too big, it can flap in the wind and over time this may cause damage to the cover and so reduce its expected lifespan.

AeroCovers®  feature sewn-in cords with 2 stoppers at 2 sides of the cover.  This way it is easy to tighten your cover. L-shape covers are fitted with and an extra buckle.

If your cover is too large, it will sag, allowing water to accumulate. Aerocovers® are designed to channel water off of your cover, but if the cover is too large there will not be enough tension for this design to work effectively.

If your cover is too tight, some areas may stretch out and deteriorate prematurely. Properly fitted covers will last longer than those that are either too tight or much too loose, Aerocover® recommends taking time to measure before ordering.

Dining Sets

We would always recommend that you cover your entire garden dining set including the chairs

Measure:

In the selected setting, measure all outer sizes. For garden furniture set for example:

The length. Over the table including the sides of the chairs.

The width. Over the table including the back of the chairs.

The height. In general, this is the height of the dining chairs.

When you measure your garden furniture set, allow for some space for covering and removing your protective cover.
