The optional aluminium floor frame (= 40 x 40 mm aluminium forming tube) is an ideal accessory regardless of the chosen foundation variant. For a gravel bed, for paving slabs for point or strip foundations, the floor frame is required. For a smooth, even concrete foundation (without gradation), the floor frame is not required but recommended, as this facilitates the sealing or the application of the sealing joint."
