This kit also contains a stainless steel turning peel. Perfect for whenever you need to manuver your food in the oven. This turning peel also features a long handle to let you move food from a distance to keep your hands safe from the heat

Finally, this kit also contains a durable cleaning brush with brass bristles. Designed for your Fontana Forni pizza oven, this brush won’t melt while cleaning a hot surface, allowing you to scrape off bits of food. The backside of the brush also has a scraper to get rid of any tough bits
