A high-performance, high-quality family oven that is 100% made in Italy. The Fontana Maestro 40 is a pizza oven that allows you to bake in true Italian style. Featuring a uniquely designed oven that facilitates air circulation around the chamber, this oven positions the gas burner on the bottom of the oven to distribute heat evenly in less time. The smoke outlet also forces the heat to stay longer in the chamber, helping you save gas while still offering superb cooking performance. A fantastic fusion of modern Italian design and engineering with the traditions of Italian cooking.

The Maestro 40 offers a 40x40cm Cooking area within its oven, one of the largest on the market. The oven is made from stainless steel for a robust look, including the flue and rainproof chimney. This oven also features a steel door with a handle designed to stay cool when the oven is in use. Alongside that is a temperature gauge to make sure you are cooking at the right temperature. The Maestro is a strong oven internally as well with a thick steel flame hitter that prevents excess stress on the oven, preventing damage even at high temperatures. The oven walls are also insulated to help heat stay in the oven.
