Preheat the baking tray briefly over low heat 2. Apply enough oil or butter to the plate using kitchen paper and let it get hot 3. Place the food on the plate without stirring or spatula – it may initially stick 4. As the food is cooked, it will release by itself 5. Turn or stir the food and cook the other side until it releases 6. Do not heat the plates without contents and avoid rinsing with cold water when the plate is still hot. Let it cool down first or rinse with warm water

The aluminum closed grill plate with non-stick coating can be easily removed and cleaned by brushing it under a tap with ‘warm’ water and a mild detergent. Use a soft cleaning brush (not a wire brush or scouring pad!). Then dry the closed grill plate with a dry, soft cloth. Wooden or silicone utensils are a non-stick coating’s best friend, please avoid metal or sharp objects to ensure the longest life.

Maintenance of the nomadiQ enamel baking trays is simple:
* The plates are dishwasher safe. Before loading, rinse them briefly or soak them in warm water. Make sure they are completely dry before storing
* Do not use hard objects to avoid scratches or damage to the enamel
* For stubborn dirt, use a steel sponge
