The Weber Original Poultry Roaster is your go-to tool for making perfectly roasted, crowd-pleasing chicken. Designed for ease of use, this roaster ensures crispy skin and moist, tender meat. The center ring holds a 330ml can of your favorite beer or fizzy drink, allowing the chicken to steam from the inside out, infusing it with flavor and keeping it juicy.

For best results, pour out or drink about one-third of the liquid first to prevent the can from overflowing during cooking. The roaster’s sturdy construction ensures it remains stable, even with a large bird, and it fits easily on most grills. Suitable for use on Weber 57cm and larger charcoal barbecues and Q300 (and above) gas barbecues.
