You can set the heat level you desire and the Trager Pro will keep to that internal temperature. You can even plug in meat probes directly into the digital pro controller to get the perfect temperature on your steaks, roasts and more. The Trager even includes a small hole so you don’t have to leave your grill open when using the temperature probes. The Trager Pro is also built to last with a sawhorse chassis for superb stability and built on wheels so you can wheel it anywhere in your garden you desire. The wheels also include locking castors to make sure your barbecue isn’t going anywhere.
